Fragrance Has Changed
"I have been a loyal Mustela customer for a few years, and the Skin Freshener has always been one of my favorite products because of its unique Mustela fragrance. Several months ago, I noticed that the scent had changed, and I was honestly disappointed. The new fragrance does not have the same comforting, nostalgic feel that made me think of my newborn The new scent is noticeably different n Because I truly loved this product, I continued purchasing the Skin Freshener a few more times — about four or five additional orders — hoping that perhaps the feedback from customers had been heard and that the original scent or something closer to it would return. Unfortunately, each time I received the same new fragrance, which was disappointing. I appreciate Mustela and the quality of the products, but I hope the company will seriously consider the feedback from longtime customers. The original Skin Freshener scent was loved for a reason, and I would be thrilled to continue purchasing it if the fragrance experience could be brought closer to what loyal customers remember."
